Marketing Department

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Selling products or services: Telemarketers contact potential customers by phone and online platforms (FB, Instagram, TikTok) to promote and sell goods or services.
  • Answering customer inquiries: They address questions about products, pricing, and other relevant information.
  • Handling transactions: They process orders and manage customer information accurately.
  • Building customer relationships: They aim to create a positive and engaging interaction with each customer.
  • Handle Discovery’s Page: for High engagement, Increasing organic Followers and likers. Boosting post (Photos, reels and text contents)

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate of any Business-related course
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation are crucial.
  • Organizational and Time Management skills: Ability to manage a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Persistence and resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Computer and phone systems proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and telephone equipment.
