We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee our lending company's operations and drive business growth in our Davao Branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, achieving sales targets, developing business plans, and building a strong team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth targets and expand the customer base.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment for the branch staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the quality of loan portfolios and oversee loan disbursements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on the branch's financial performance and activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of managing a successful lending branch or team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of lending products, services, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
