Accounting Operation Department
Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares schedules of subsidiary ledgers and bank reconciliations monthly

Prepares journal entries for non-cash and unusual transactions, accruals and month-end adjustments of the company.

Prepares Sales Invoices and Billing Statements.

Monitors daily cash balance of various bank accounts and reconciles with Cash Position Schedule.

Prepares BIR related forms for filing and payment on a monthly or quarterly basis

Prepares Financial Statements and Management Reports.

Coordinates with different Departments/Divisions in the implementation of accounting and financial reporting strategies and programs.

Facilitates inquiries from customers, suppliers, bank personnel and other external stakeholders regarding transactions of the company.

Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Performs tax compliances and visits government offices if required by the company and clients

Performs other job functions that may be assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and President from time to time
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA is a plus.
- Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
- Proficient in accounting and payroll systems e.g., AccuBooks and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of meeting deadlines..
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willing to travel for government-related tasks and adapt to new systems.
